La Mola

Blend: Marisancho & Macabeo


Ageing: Each variety has been elaborated separately. Both have been destemed and direct press. Macabeo has been fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks for 11 months with fine less. Marisancho has been aged in second year french barrels for 11 months. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast. No added sulfites. Unfiltered.


Mari Pepa

Blend: Tardana & Royal


Ageing: Each variety has been elaborated separately. Tardana was destemed and then macerated with skins for 6 days. Royal was destemed and direct press. After, blended and aged together in anfora for 11 months. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast.

No added sulfites. Unfiltered.

Martirio

Blend: Marisancho & Moscatel


Ageing: Direct press co-fermented in an inox tank. 12 months in bottle before manual disgorgement without freezing the neck of the bottle. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast.

No added sulfites. Unfiltered.

El Trato


Blend: Bobal & Moravia Agria


Ageing: Ungrafted Bobal & Moravia vines. Bobal was destemed and macerated in inox tanks for 20-21 days. Moravia was destemed and macerated in inox tanks for 7-8 days. Then, fermentation finished and aged in old french barrels for 24 months. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast.

No added sulfites. Unfiltered.

Marisancho

Blend: Marisancho


Ageing: Ungrafted Marisancho vines. Destemed and direct press. Fermented and aged in second year french barrels for 12 months. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast.

No added sulfites. Unfiltered.

Jacivera

Blend: Jacivera.


Ageing: Ungrafted Jacivera vines. Destemed and macerated in inox tanks for 7-8 days. Then, fermented and aged in new american barrels for 12 months. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast.

No added sulfites. Unfiltered.
